Please place your lesson plan on the page for the appropriate subject/grade level.

    1.  Right click and download Lesson Plan Template to your

         computer.

    2.  Complete all portions of the lesson plan.

    3.  Follow link to appropriate subject/grade level page.

    4.  Click "Edit Page".

    5.  Click "Attach File".

    6.  Browse to locate your plan.

    7.  Click "Upload".

    8.  Click "Save".
